Foaming high temperature anorthite light weight insulating brick is a kind of new high-tech product, which is made by advanced wet gel casting process and fired at high temperature. We realize the product featuring with high porosity, homogeneous small-diameter pores by adding chemical agent and foam in the slurry to accelerate the rapid solidification.
Characteristic
Anorthite light weight insulating brick is a type of insulating material with anorthite as main crystallization phase, which is characterized by low bulk density, homogeneous micropores, low thermal capacity, low thermal conductivity and good thermal shock resistance. The thermal conductivity is half of the traditional insulating product with same bulk density.
Application:
The product is used as the insulating lining for HBS, soaking pit and heating furnace in metallurgical industry and cracking furnace in petrol-chemical industry.
